CURIOSITY
The original graphics of this car were created for Fiat under the supervision of Mais Vinicio, who took care of having all the adhesive serigraphs produced and gave instructions for making the yellow and blue parts in paint, also providing the original colors.
ORIGINALLY
The graphics on the car were all done in paint. This decoration also covered the grilles and the irregular and protruding details of the car in the smallest details.
The Olio Fiat, Fiat Abarth and 131 Mirafiori writings were also in paint, while the smaller sponsors such as Cinzano, Magneti Marelli, Pirelli, etc. they were self-adhesive decals.

HOW WE MAKE IT TODAY
Complete execution with machine downtime at our headquarters in Turin (Italy).
IN PAINT
Olio Fiat livery completely in paint like the original with the same coded colors and painting methods of the time that give an additional value of authenticity to the car and the Olio Fiat, Fiat Abarth and 131 Mirafiori letterng in paint.
The final result of the painted surfaces will also take into account the historical period therefore modern super glossy finishes will not be used if not present at the time.
The technical sponsors, the Brands and the logos will be made of the highest quality Cast adhesive - with protective plasticization against atmospheric agents and abrasions - to faithfully
replicate the measurements and colors of the originals with the possibility of making them in "vintage" mode for an effect which recalls the screen printing and the historical stickers. Even
stickers that originally had a transparent background will be faithfully replicated.
This creation is particularly suitable for the graphic makeover and restoration of former official and original cars of the time, destined for shows and exhibitions at prestigious car showrooms and fairs.
This process is the most valuable and among other things gives the car a sort of "license" of authenticity as it is performed by the same hands and by the same company that made the historical graphics at the time.

IN ADHESIVE
All the graphics will be done completely in adhesive, both for what concerns the technical sponsors and for the livery, creating an accurate replica of the paint version.
The technical sponsors, the Brands and the logos will be made of the highest quality Cast adhesive - with protective plasticization against atmospheric agents and abrasions - to faithfully replicate the measurements and colors of the originals with the possibility of making them in "vintage" mode for an effect which recalls the screen printing and the historical stickers. Even stickers that originally had a transparent background will be faithfully replicated.
For the Olio Fiat livery, we use conformable Cast adhesive vinyls of the highest quality, applied with hot method for a very long duration, which also allow application on all rounded and curved parts of the car body, on grids and sockets air. If the car is sold, the adhesive graphics can be completely removed without affecting the original paint of the car body. Where necessary, we also carry out the protection of the adhesive graphics with transparent protective varnish for a varnish-like effect.
This realization is particularly suitable for road or historic cars - but not official - that participate in revivals and historic rally competitions, for non-original cars that take part in classic car rallies organized by clubs, or for simple enthusiasts.

A BIT OF HISTORY ...
The Fiat 131 Abarth Corsa, born in 1975 as an evolution of the berlina 131 2-door, achieved its first victory already in the second race of the Italian championship at the Rally delle Valli Piacentine. The year of grace was 1977 where he dominated the World Constructors' Championship gr. 4 with 5 cars 131 in the first eight positions. In 1978 the 131 will prevail over rivals of the Ford Escort by regaining the title. Starting in 1981 the decline began and Fiat decided to retire from the racing world, leaving only the Lancia brand to devote itself to competitions. The golden years of the 131 were represented by the historical Alitalia livery from the eighties the pilots ran with the white - blue livery.
